Firmware updates are for battery optimisation only. This is ideal for anyone who is using the ZIIP Halo occasionally or leaving it for months between treatments. Firmware updates in such cases ensure you do not experience any battery operating issues as a result of not using the Halo for extended periods.

The latest version of the firmware has already been uploaded onto your device and no further updates are required. Firmware updates have no impact on the device performance, Synchronisation or treatments. The App is not affected in anyway by the firmware.
